We make sure that you can rock your order as soon as possible! Sherlau ships the package the next day after payment has been processed. Sherlau ships all orders with PostNL. You can choose from different shipping methods,

- Letterbox package â‚¬2.95

Your order will be delivered through the letterbox by PostNL. With this option you will not receive a track & trace code. Also keep in mind that it can sometimes take longer for your letterbox package to be delivered compared to the PostNL package shipping method. With this shipping method, Sherlau is not responsible for the loss of your package at PostNL.

- Letterbox package Plus â‚¬4.95

Your order will also be delivered through the letterbox by PostNL. With this option you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to track your mailbox package until the moment of delivery.

- PostNL package â‚¬6.95

Your order will be delivered by a PostNL delivery person. With this option you will also receive a track & trace code. This allows you to track your package until the moment of delivery.

Exceptions: Sometimes it can happen that orders are shipped a little later due to the crowds, we will always communicate this with the customer .

Shipping abroad
If your package is delivered outside the Netherlands, it is useful to take other delivery times into account. These differ per country of destination. The shipping costs abroad are automatically calculated in the check out. Can't choose shipping to the country of your choice? Then please contact our customer service.

 

Exceptions: For promotions we use the standard delivery, letterbox package.

Retourneren

Return

It is possible to return within 14 days via parcel service or letterbox post. Please note that a return via letterbox does not have a track & trace code. At PostNL you can opt for a track & trace code with your letterbox mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene, face masks, ear rings & piercings cannot be returned.

1.Put the items in the corresponding packaging and pack it as you received it. Make sure that the original product labels have not been removed.

2.Complete the return form that you received with your order. You then add this to your return shipment

​

3.Note the return address below on your return shipment

4. Take your return to the nearest post office. The cost of returning letterbox mail is  € 3.90 and of a package is â‚¬ 6.50. track & trace code of your return well kept until it has been processed!

 

5.The amount of your return package will be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card used when placing the order. This can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return. If you paid with a credit card, it may take a little longer.

Beleid voor offline aankopen

Voor aankopen die offline zijn gedaan, is retournering niet mogelijk en geven wij geen geld terug. Desondanks bieden we een garantie van 12 maanden tegen verkleuring en 1 maand voor defecte artikelen. Als zich binnen 12 maanden na aankoop verkleuring voordoet of als het artikel binnen 1 maand defect raakt, staan we klaar om passende ondersteuning te bieden.

The payment methods we offer are:

- iDEAL

With this you can pay for your order safely and easily. When paying for your order, you select that you want to pay with iDeal. This is done in a secure internet environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank. After confirmation comes thepayment with us immediately.
 

- Credit card

If you choose to pay by credit card, you first indicate which type of credit or debit card you want to use. Then enter your credit card number, expiration date, CID/CVC code .

-PayPal

If you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Here you can safely and easily process your order.
